Thanks for listening – and for your comment. Always good to hear from you. It IS interesting, since Mindy and her team ARE agents. I think she was trying to make the old “no pesky agent will call and endlessly hassle you” point. She also started her firm as a life insurance concern, where that kind of behavior still exists to a greater degree than on the benefits side . . . at least, I would like to think so.
